How it works

	You transfer your residence, farm, or vacation home to Winterthur with a contract that allows you to remain on the property for life or a term of years.
	You continue to live on the property for life or a specified term of years, while continuing to be responsible for all taxes and upkeep.
	The property passes to Winterthur after your lifetime.
